That strange war, where nothing happens but where everything can happen (both on the real and the imaginary levels), provides the first starting point for this video investigation. The second comes from the following obsession: the act of walking past a blockhouse often gives the weird impression of being watched by someone inside. The blockhouse in itself raises questions about looking, watching, about the viewpoint, the vanishing point, but also about waiting, boredom, emptiness, anxiety, memory, time, resistance and video.
