Summary :
The artist, behind a weapon in the shape of a utopia (in fact an antenna), attacks the spectators in front of him with the salvoes of his ideas. The skilful and striking cutting technique, which shows a multiplicity of directional shifts through slow Y-shaped movements, flows down to a succession of staccato (accelerated) images. We then hear a strange tango which produces a hypnotic effect.
