Summary :
A man is sitting motionless in a public garden, in front of a cube drawn in perspective on a wall. The cube becomes a door through which space opens up and closes as brief projections appear, like a show offered to the man. But the cube reappears like an enigma and blocks up the space. The man, the cube and the wall revolve endlessly, as in a "closed-circuit groove". In the form of a concrete video, an homage to Pierre SCHAEFFER's (1910-1995) daring musical and theoretical research on the object. This autonomous work also belongs to a series of videos entitled "La messe de terre".
