On the screen, the shadows of a man and a woman perform a postmortem karaoke. An excerpt from Jacques Lacan's 7th seminar, "Transference", is sung on an electronic version of the music of "Mourir sur scène", which was originally sung by Dalida. This film shows the relationship in language structures between popular music and a text that stems from extremely scholarly thought, but also stages a ghostly psychoanalytic transference.
