The scenography of an impressive triptych on the life of Christ, painted by Pharaon DE WINTER (1849-1924). Apart from the biographical elements, this document analyzes, through comments and visual animation, "The Adoration of Shepherds" / "The Descent from the Cross" / "The Holy Women at the Tomb". This triptych was presented at the Salon de Paris in 1881. The influence of the 17th-century Flemish painters and of CABANEL, is supposed to be visible in it.
