This prototype was produced in 1990 and broadcast by the library of Centre George Pompidou during the exhibition entitled "European Tele-visions". This prototype attempts to edit together the sounds and images of the daily programmes broadcast by European televisions. Intended as a criticism, it proposes a comparison between the potential of independent creative production and industrial television programmes as they exist today.
