After four years of a world tour, a Quebec theatre company comes to Beiruth to "bury" their production of the play "Littoral" (shore), which is directly related to the war in Lebanon. A group of youths in the audience, who grew up during the civil war and are now exlcuded from the reconstruction of the country, were overwhelmed by that show from abroad, and saw the expression of their frustrations and hopes in it. The Quebec actors were moved by the reception of their play and experienced that "homecoming" of "Littoral", which was written and directed by Wadji MOUAWAD, a Lebanese playwright living in Quebec, as an unexpected success of an adventure that started four years before in Montreal
