Summary :
Images of the cooking of an African meal : blood water, gutted and stuffed fish, cauldron on a bed of glowing embers, boiled vegetables, crushed sauce and rice eaten out of the hand. The images are shown with a sound background from a televison report. Sounds which are closer to the images than at first they seem : heard from a distance when I had refused to participate, or on the contrary when I was excluded, the clamour of the celebrations under the sacred trees of Africa reminded me of the sounds of a stadium on final's night.
