Summary :
James Brown reminds us that we live in a man's world. But, according to him, this world would be nothing without women. In the Museum of Orsay, a young woman brushes with the tips of her fingers Courbet's painting "L'origine du monde"("the origin of the world"). She is infringing the interdiction to touch the exhibits just like Courbet did when he painted two women who are either sleeping or waking up, somewhere between "idleness and lust". The man who is standing seizes the vertical while the woman remains lying and such is her horizon, a tireless swimmer in cloudy water made of silk, satin or velvet. After grabbing her purse and leaving the Museum, the young woman goes down to the Seine and skims the water as a barge passes. She lets herself fall slowly as some disillusioned odalisque.
