Summary :
Born in 1957 in Bonneville, Jöel BARTOLOMEO films short video sequences of real situations, as close as possible to daily life, like an amateur astrologist. In front of the camera, we see the whole familly, all his friends and relations, his colleagues from the university, and behind the camera, there is a man trying to capture memories in the present. The video is divided into six chapters : "At the age of 4, I could draw like Picasso" (1991, 7'), "Experiments in the Palais de la Découverte" (1992-94, 10'), "My university films" (1994-95, 17'), "Short scenes from ordinary life 2" (1994-95, 19'). All together, 31 sequences, lasting one hour and twenty-six minutes.
