Summary :
Utopia has been shot in 2005 in the south of France, after the discovery of a DGSE (General Directorate for External Security) phone-tapping center which keeps under daily surveillance hundreds of thousands of telephone conversations, e-mails, files or faxes. The video deals with this encounter and the invisible control its presence suggests. A succession of terms which are likely to be intercepted give emphasis to the images and deliver an abstract message.
