Summary :
The VF Project is a discussion which gathers some inhabitants, a urbanist, etc. They all sit around a table. I left a box of archives: a lot of old pictures showing the evolution of the city since the 60s. The talk focus on their feeling of being part of this ghetto, and how much one building is already a city in itself somehow and how they feel like strangers not only because of being of foreign origins but from one neighborhood to another, and even how Paris is another world to them...
