Summary :
Sailing for Geeks" is a project initiated by Nathalie Magnan which combines web browsing and sailing.&nbsp;<br /><br />In 2005, during the event : "Fadaiat, freedom of knowledge, freedom of movement", the crew of "Sailing for Geeks 2" (artists and activists) try to give a representation of what a border really is, while exploring the migration roads between Spain and Morocco. They test the counter-surveillance technologies that are deployed on shore by the Makrolab team. The film shows the crossing from Tarifa to Tangier, the ordeal of crossing the border, the meeting with Moroccan activists.<br /><br />The first part of "Sailing for Geeks" took place in Finland, in 2004, at the time of Isea 2004 (international symposium on electronic arts).
