THE IMAGES

At the beginning, the image is dotted with points that gradually merge up to take the shape of several lines and then a single line. This restless line becomes a pitching horizon when a person's feet appear in front of it. It will need the jumps of two people to stabilize the horizon line.

PRINCIPLE

The dot is a strong punctuation sign that marks the end of a sentence and the paragraph change. In french, the term "lines" is used to represent the succession of sentences written above each other in a text.
In the image, the points are the metaphor of the events in History which, over time, have combined to write our common History. Gradually, we move from the image of the points to the line. To built a harmonious horizon needs to put an end dot to centuries of confrontation for starting a new sentence with a capital letter to write harmonious lines.

The line doesn't define only a horizon, it is the contour of the matter. The lines which is the circonference of the feet, come from the scattering points too. We are the descendants of our civilisation's History and also we come from individual stories.
